Brianna L. DeLuca is an experimental filmmaker based in Providence, RI.

In 2010 she began dancing with Island Moving Company, a ballet company in Newport RI, which inspired her work to focus on the combination of environment and performance. While attending The Rhode Island School of Design for her BFA in Film/Animation/Video she merged both visual art with dance and performance pieces such as INPLAINSIGHT, which combined projected animation and dance. Her first short film, //THEVISUALMIXTAPE//, was completed in April of 2018 and was an experimental film that featured no dialogue, combining dreamscapes and personal memories. Less than a year later the film was recognized by The Student Academy Awards as a semifinalist in the 2018 festival. Currently she is finishing RISD's MAT Program for her Master of Arts in Teaching.
